BYRD NEST:
Nurturing Emotional Skills Together
Our flagship school partnership program brings vibrant social-emotional learning (SEL) directly to K-5 classrooms. In each dynamic 30-minute session, trained BYRD Flight Instructors guide students through our research-based WINGS curriculum, fostering focused moments of discovery where emotional intelligence can take flight.
Program Structure
Integration with existing school schedules and curricula
Comprehensive and standards aligned tier 1 school support
Immersive K-5 curriculum; two 30-minute sessions per week
Trained college students as BYRD Flight Instructors
10-week cycles aligned with fall and spring semesters
